There is no official minimum for most visitor visas. What matters is that your funds are consistent with the trip you have planned, that the money has a traceable source, and that the balance has not appeared suddenly before the application. As a working guide, budget for accommodation, flights and roughly USD 80 – 120 per day of travel, then show a comfortable margin above that.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. A previous refusal is not fatal, but it must be disclosed and addressed directly. We obtain the refusal grounds, identify whether the issue was documentary, financial or credibility-related, and rebuild the application so the new case answers the earlier concern explicitly.

Schengen short-stay visas are typically decided in 15 to 30 calendar days. Australian Subclass 600 visitor visas commonly take 3 to 8 weeks depending on the stream and the applicant's country. New Zealand visitor visas usually fall in the 3 to 6 week range. Peak travel seasons extend all of these, so we advise applying 8 to 12 weeks before travel.
