About us

A consultancy built around saying no

Most visa businesses grow by opening more files. We grew by turning away the ones that would not succeed — and it is the only reason our approval rate means anything.

Our story

We started because too many people were being sold hope

Fourway Global Advisory was founded in 2019 in Dubai, after years of watching applicants pay significant fees for applications that had no realistic chance. The pattern was always the same: nobody had told them the truth at the start, because the truth would have cost a sale.

We built the practice around the opposite instinct. Every enquiry begins with a free assessment whose only purpose is to establish whether a case is viable. A meaningful proportion of the people we speak to are told, politely and specifically, that now is not their moment — and what would need to change for it to be.

That approach limits how fast a consultancy can grow. It also means that when we do take a file, we take it because we believe it will be approved. Our clients feel the difference in the detail: document checklists built for their occupation, not a generic PDF; statements written around their actual career; and a named consultant who answers their messages.

Today we work with clients across the UAE, Pakistan, India and the wider Gulf on visit, study, work, family and migration applications to Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

What we stand for

  • Honesty before revenue

If your profile will not succeed, you will hear it in the first conversation. We measure ourselves on approvals, not on files opened.

  • Precision over volume

We take fewer cases than we could, and give each one the document-level attention that actually determines the outcome.

  • Transparency throughout

Fixed fees, itemised third-party costs, and a written timeline. You always know where your application stands and what happens next.

  • Care for the whole move

A visa is a document; relocating is a life event. Our work continues through arrival, settlement and the family who follows you.

Why Fourway

The difference is what we refuse to do

Plenty of consultancies will take your fee whatever your profile looks like. Our approval rate depends on not being one of them.

We say no when the answer is no

A large share of the profiles we assess are not ready, and we tell them so. Turning away a weak case protects our approval rate and your money — and we would rather give you a realistic plan for next year than take a fee for an application that will fail this year.

Fixed fees, quoted in writing

Your professional fee is agreed before we start and does not move. Government charges, assessment fees, tests and medicals are itemised separately so you know the full cost on day one rather than discovering it in stages.

One named consultant, start to finish

You are not passed between a sales team and a processing team. The person who assesses your case is the person who prepares it, lodges it and answers your messages.

Policy tracked weekly

Occupation lists, invitation rounds, salary thresholds and points settings change constantly. We track them weekly and adjust live cases, rather than working from last year's rules.

Refusals taken seriously

We obtain your refusal letter before doing anything else, diagnose the actual ground of refusal, and rebuild the case around it. Most consultants simply resubmit the same file.

Documents handled securely

An encrypted client portal, not WhatsApp. Your passport, financials and personal records are accessible only to the consultant on your file.

On the ground

We visit the campuses we send students to

Course fees, intake dates and entry requirements change every year, and a brochure downloaded from a website is often out of date. We go to the campuses, meet the admissions teams and collect the current material ourselves.

Want to know if we can help?

The first conversation is free and its only purpose is to establish whether you have a viable case. If you do not, we will say so.

Not sure which visa you qualify for?

Neither are most people when they first call us. Fifteen minutes with a consultant is usually all it takes to replace uncertainty with a plan.
